Can I change what gets cleaned?
Yes. Your list is yours. Add the oven one week, skip the spare room the next: just tell us before the visit.
Will an end-of-lease clean get my bond back?
Nobody can promise that. We clean thoroughly to your agent's checklist, but what the inspection finds is between you and your agent. Send us their checklist or the entry report so we clean to it.
How much does a house clean cost?
