What happens to the details you send us, in plain words.
What we collect
When you send the quote form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the clean you picked, your description, any times that suit you and any photos you attach. We also note the page you first arrived on, the page you sent the form from, the website that sent you here and any campaign tags in the link, so we can tell how people find us.
What we use it for
To reply the way you asked, to prepare a quote, and to arrange and record the work if you go ahead. Your email address is used to send you a copy of your request and to reach you about it. We don't sell your details, and we don't use them for unrelated marketing.
Access details
If you go ahead, you may give us lockbox, key safe or door codes. We keep them with your property's checklist, and only the people who run the business can see them. Ask us to remove them at any time.
Counting visits, without cookies
This site counts page views and form starts so we can tell which pages are useful. It uses a random number kept only for your browser tab, not a cookie, and it doesn't identify you.
Where it's kept, and for how long
Enquiries are stored in our customer records system with our hosting provider, and only the people who run the business can see them. Photos from closed enquiries are deleted after about a year, and personal details from enquiries that didn't go ahead are removed after about two years. Visit counts are deleted after about two years. Records we have to keep for tax or legal reasons are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Send the request through the contact form and we'll reply the way you choose.
